Performance Contract Terms and Conditions
By hiring The Two for their services, you agree to carefully read, understand, and accept the following terms and conditions as part of the binding performance contract.
This agreement is made between the Client and Sasha & Natalie Oram-Jones, The Two (the Artist) on the agreed date.
The Client hires the Artist to provide entertainment services outlined verbally or in writing on the specified date, venue, and fee.
- GENERAL
The Artist may amend these terms without notice. This contract is governed by English law and both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. The Client must have adequate event insurance.
- BOOKING
Before booking, confirm availability and details with the Artist. Once agreed, a Performance Contract will be emailed with all booking details.
- DEPOSIT
A 20% non-refundable deposit secures the booking. Payment is by bank transfer. A booking confirmation will be emailed once the deposit is received. By confirming the booking, both parties accept these terms.
- CHANGES
If the date is rescheduled before the original date and the Artist is available, there is no charge. If unavailable, it is a cancellation. See section CLIENT CANCELLATION for details.
- BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance (payment) is required by 12 PM on the day following the performance, unless paid earlier.
- CLIENT CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. If the total balance of the booking is paid and no expenses incurred, it will be refunded. The Client covers any non-recoverable expenses.
- ARTIST CANCELLATION
If unforeseen circumstances beyond the Artist’s control prevent the engagement, such as acts of God, adverse weather, unrest, or war, no refunds are due. If the Artist cannot perform due to theft, illness/injury, delays, breakdowns or other emergencies, the contract can be terminated without liability.
- LICENSING
The Client ensures the venue accommodates the services and has the required licenses and permits.
- SETUP
The Artist will arrive at the scheduled time to set up and test equipment, as discussed. The Client provides direct venue access and minimal loading distance.
- POWER
The Client provides electricity access throughout the performance.
- EQUIPMENT
Only the Artist can operate or move equipment. The Artist is not liable for third-party damage or injuries.
- SOUND LIMITS
The Artist will adjust volume as requested. However, they cannot guarantee quality if reduced below normal levels or if sound limiters disrupt performance.
- PERFORMANCE
The Artist will deliver the agreed-upon services promoted. They will be polite and accommodate reasonable requests. Unless agreed otherwise, the Artist provides the necessary equipment, insured and certified. The Artist will adjust volume as needed. When contracted, the Artist has no conflicting agreements.
The Client acknowledges the Artist can refuse to perform if threatened or abused by anyone, before, during or after the event

- COMPETITION DEADLINE
23:59 on Sunday 31st December 2023
- BOOKING

The 1hr Performance date must take place before 31st December 2024. The performance cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- DEPOSIT
No deposit required as the performance is free.
